I had to catch up with Bodyguard part 4 on Thursday, so no Our Girl for me, but I saw it vicariously (sp?) through your comments! A watchalong planned for Episode 1x02?

Did you enjoy Bodyguard Delphin? It's had a lot of good press here.

We are doing the next watchalong on Thursday 27 Sept as I am away tomorrow for the rest of the week. Off to the land of kilts, whisky and haggis!

eejit and Rhu an interview popped up on YouTube yesterday starring the lovely LP. It was on some awful American channel by the looks of it and was to plug the new series of Snatch. LP was looking as hot as ever, I have to say. The interviewer was pretty awful but LP was very professional.

Dougray Scott not bad either!

Bodyguard last night was so good but so confused.

Met up with an ex colleague whilst we've been up in Scotland this week. He revealed he was from Kilmarnock originally (which I never knew). It made me smile and think of Spanner just after they'd delivered the hostage back to the British Embassy.

Before I forget, I've something else on early Thursday evening and may not be back in time for 9pm and OG1:2, but will try and join in as soon as I can.

Hi eejit. We had a lovely time in Scotland thank you, even though the weather was pretty rough on Wednesday, thanks to Storm Ali. Fortunately, most of our activities were inside (we planned carefully).

Yes, I watched Bodyguard too. I didn't concentrate too hard on the suicide vest scenes because if David Budd was going to die, it was a bit too early on in the programme. I hope we are all experts on defusing suicide vests now? I've enjoyed it but not likely to feel bereft now it's finished, not like with OG!

Now just who might you be referring to eejit? Eye candy indeed! RIP Elvis. I was devastated for days afterwards.

Still around ILove. Glad your trip to Bonnie Scotland went well. I too watched the Bodyguard. Much better handling of the PTSD for one thing. The acting was of a pretty high standard all round. Held my breath through the bomb bit.

Shall look forward to reading all your comments on Thursday during the watch along of episode 2 of series one. Love how that episode concludes. 🤗

Ladies, so sorry but I won't be able to do the watchalong now on Thursday. I can do Friday or happy to wait until the following Thursday if that's what everyone prefers. I am also away on 11 October, sorry again. Rhu you are very quiet at the moment. Are you ok? What about Flower too?

Ladies, I'm happy to do Friday, but can't do next Thursday - could do the Friday instead if that is any good, ilove. I'm okay for the 18th, but can't do the 25th - sorry again.

Hi everyone.

Yes I can do Friday (tomorrow) instead if that suits everyone and I'm happy to do the following Friday as well (5th Oct). It would be good to do episode 2 tomorrow as it's one of the best - if not THE best - and I'm getting withdrawal symptoms and need a bit of OG magic.

Life has been a bit busy at Lechley Park this month, but now the evenings are drawing in again it will hopefully settle down. The return of SCD always marks the start of autumn for me and means we're really on the road to Christmas. Hands up everyone who remembers the Christmas cake conversations from yesteryear? It's starting to feel a long time ago now - 4 years!

We could do with some OG news, but I suspect it could be a while, if indeed there is anything to tell us at all. In the meantime, there is at least some decent drama on TV. I thoroughly enjoyed Bodyguard and was on the edge of my seat. Good job David Budd is so handy with his bomb defusing knowledge - he'd make a useful addition to Two Section - I can dream! I'm also enjoying Vanity Fair - and yes it is partly because the actor playing Rawdon Crawley (another Captain in uniform) has something of a resemblance to CJ/BA and he's very tall. It adds to my enjoyment significantly.

Well, hopefully we'll 'chat' tomorrow at 9pm if that's ok with everyone. I'll be reporting for duty at that time.

Sorry for having to cancel at short notice yesterday ladies. I am in the midst of having a new kitchen and it has been rather chaotic to say the least. The worst of it is over now thankfully but still flooring, decorating and tiling to do. At least my cooker, washer and fridge/freezer all work.
