I thought Ellie2 seemed really fragile and vulnerable, almost damaged. She just seemed like in a fragile state.

Anyone else thought that?

Really felt for Georgia. She’s right about the hopping into bed after a few hours. That is pretty disrespectful. It would have been better for Josh to have been less full on with Kaz. And what a twonk to tell G he could’ve gone for Elle.
Slightly disappointed that there was no follow up with Adam - it would have been fun to see the girls giving him a hard time.. He and Megan really are cut from the same cloth. In the real world, I think they’d go for each other, but it would be toxic and end quickly - and badly.
Sam seemed MIA last night. I don’t think he and Ellie have a great bond - maybe the producers engineered that so she came back to the main villa. Also Frankie (thank god) was MIA.
I though Alex was much better without the emphasis on the romance - much more natural. Makes me think that the producers are coaching and he’s crap at semi-scripted stuff or he’s simply out of his comfort zone with the women there who clearly aren’t his usual type. He does need to leave though, it’s not friend island.
Not a fan of Elle’s (she is definitely playing a game) but her facial expressions last night made me laugh.
Dani and Jack I’m coming round to more and more. Though I think the poster thing just isn’t true.

I really don’t care for Ellie1. I find her sly and yes, I know it’s a game but I can’t warm to her. I wish they gave Sam more airtime. He is a decent guy, I think.

I love Dani but she is getting way more attention than is fair. As is boooooooring Alex. And the slimy Josh.

I think Sam was made to pick Ellie 2 for ratings as well, sorry but she must be about the thickest person on the planet and I see no chemistry between them, he actually had more with Samira.

@RoseWhiteTips I agree, Sam’s pretty decent. He would have done really well if he’d come in as an original.

Also, Jack slating his ex to his new love interest is a red flag imo. I've never trusted him but more and more he's doing things that make him look dodgy/a player, must be hard for Dani though knowing whether someone just wants to be with her for her dad's fame. Her feelings are genuine but his.... not convinced. Seems too good to be true. Also when Georgia came in, didn't he say that side by side looking at them, he fancied G more than Dani? No one seems to have picked up on that one so maybe I heard wrong.

This Morning had a body language expert on yesterday. Interesting comments about Dani and Georgia’s reactions and Josh’s “narcissism”.

Couldn't work out why Megan was cast. Stripper, pole dancer, sex worker. I get the programme isn't PG but she seems a little too down-market for the brand. Watching her feels a little too 'real'. A bit uncomfortable.

My theory is they've decided that Jack and Dani are this year's headline act but they are too chaste. So to guarantee drama of a skankier variety in comes Megan and to a lesser extent Laura(sorry anyone willing to have sex with many partners on tv is a skank in my book). ?
Then there's Adam. Shouldn't he be receiving treatment for sex addiction at a clinic? Instead he's on reality TV.
They make 'good' tv I guess but at what cost.

does anyone watch Neighbours?? Ellie 2 REALLY reminds me of Sarah Beaumont - her mannerisms particularly, and her face a little.

I'm thinking most of it is manufactured and it's kind of pissing me off that the producers can't see we can tell. The whole thing with Megan and Wes - definitely a set up. They've pulled Megan and told her to go for Wes as she'll get more air time and more people talking about her. It's all good for her brand.
Sam and Ellie 2 - set up. Both of them couldn't have looked more uncomfortable at the recoupling. He's probably realised Samira is popular with the public and Ellie knows the feeling towards Jack and Dani and doesn't want to look like a cow because of the backlash she'd get.
Not convinced by Jack and Dani at all. They seem very comfortable with each other but only as friends.
The producers seem desperate to push Alex into a relationship. It's not working. He's not as superficial as the rest of them but in trying to be like them it comes off as fake and embarrassing.

Do you think that Sam preferred Samira but was warned/hinted that she would recouple - so picked Ellie 2 just to stay in/not seem a mug?

Lots of press about Ellie2 supporting Tommy Robinson in a bid to get her thrown out.

I believe producers wanted Ellie2 to enter the main house, for added drama and the chance to orchestrate a show down between her & Dani etc.

Sam would have been pushed to pick her to bring back with him.

I'd go as far as to say that Frankie & Samira were probably pushed to couple up by producers as well to facilitate this happening.

Dr Alex - cringe. Talks over everyone. He should have gone for Charlie. Poor girl being turned out the bed for Grace. I suspect his motivation is more about who will actually get him in the Do Bits Club than an actual natural relationship.

Josh - brutal at the recoupling. Even Flack looked horrified.

Just watched first look too. Wes is an idiot. I hope Megan strings him along then sticks with creepy Alex. I wish we could just get rid of him!
