My DC used to make farming titles out of Adele's songs. Eg Rumen has it, Rolling in the sheep. I can't remember the others off the top of my head, nothing is possible in this heat wave. not angry

It's much cooler here today..I even put a hoodie on this morning. However, it has not made me any wittier or more intelligent. (The weather, rather than the hoodie)

It's still pretty warm here, but I think it will break over the weekend. Probably because finally, all 3 dc are on holiday .

I love petrichor. Still extremely hot here, probably hottest place in England. Bloody hell I can't wait for the storm, it better happen or else.

We've had a tiny smidge of mizzle today but the storms have missed us and beggared off eastwards. But Sunday looks VERY rainy.

I live near a festival and all I can hear is "thump thump thump". Why don't they do a Glasto and give the locals free tickets? (I have asked them)

Hooray massive amount of torrential rain overnight. Started yesterday evening and I danced in the garden, so refreshing and slept very well.
But the blood moon and Mars were hidden by clouds.

Fuzzy, what was the response? I suppose it depends how populous the area is.

Raahh funny you should mention marbles. I'm on another thread, most unusual for me. There they are asking for childhood crazes, marbles being one of them.

I've had a few good night's sleep, but temperature is creeping up again down in the south east. We had a cracking thunderstorm with torrential rain at 6am today.
