I'm finding them using their fridge temperature log as evidence that they can't possibly have given that woman food poisoning very interesting. This is the trouble with so much health & safety procedure - it's about record keeping, not about actually doing it right. Inspectors come round and look at records rather than actually testing the temps. (According to the Joanna Blythman books )

WakeUpCall - I'm guessing they come from countries where the plumbing won't take toilet paper so you have a separate bin for it. I have lived with Greek students who never had the difference explained to them so they used to chuck it in the bin.
