I don't know if Pirate is a secret killer, but I think he will become obsessed with getting revenge on Christian by ruining his reputation. He might then start messing with patient drips or something, not so anyone comes to harm, but just so Christian starts to doubt his own skills.
Jaz will catch Pirate in the act and even though she is unhappy with Christian replacing Robbo in Grace's life she will do the right thing, as that's what Robbo would want.

Or something along those lines 😀

No. Pirate will see he could have happiness of he lets go of the past and that it was never Christians fault. He and Jas will have hot sex. They'll realise their past is too complicated and part HAPPILY.

On another note Willow, Amber and Jai are all due back soon. I like Willow but I'm meh about Amber cos I don't really like the character and she brings nothing to the table, I found the storylines dull with her... It's almost like they needed a reason as to why Willow had to betray Colby - so Dean got a son.
