It really is nice to see Tori happy and not just dealing with witness protection, bereavement, etc 🙂 I don't quite know when they said Christian is staying on at the hospital, but I hope this is long term now. It will be interesting to see how they write Jasmine to fit in with Tori's relationship.

It'd make sense if Willow is getting a financial incentive, I don't see her doing it otherwise.

Oh I’d forgotten that Martha would be a massive skeleton from Angelo’s past! Well, it could mean his demise and a neat exit from the show as he goes off to jail for aiding and abetting fugitives, after tying up the Colby case of course, timing is everything

Then they’ll be cell-mates, become friends and plot a jailbreak, which sees THEM on the run from the long arm of the law, only to turn up in Summer Bay in 10 years time “I just had to come back and see Alf and Irene 😂😂😂😂

It's been confirmed that Angelo and Taylor are leaving together once the trial's over.

And the promo for next season looks intriguing - the Tane/Ziggy romance we knew about but it looks as if the Paratas are getting in over their heads when Tane's criminal activities catch up with them. Colby is having a hard time in prison (as cops do), and who knew that Martha (senior) had a secret son who turns up in the Bay?!

Have they released a date for the new year return ?

No, Ryder's Mom is Quinn, who's Mom he met in Vietnam. Not sure of she's pre or post Martha but Def pre Ailsa. And she's never been a secret hence Ryder. Whereas they're meant to have discussed everything about the time gap and she's nev r mentioned him. It would be like Alf lying about Duncan

I've read that he's a recovering alcoholic? Addict? with a violent temper. Apparently there's a bit of an altercation with Jasmine at the gym when he goes to see her about a job and she promises to look at his resume later but he wants her to look at it straight away.

Season finale has aired in Oz and it seems some viewers are underwhelmed - not that dramatic, although it looks as if Colby is due to get a hard time in jail.

In other news, promo trailer for 2021 provides first official confirmation that Heath Braxton is back! Apart from that, it just shows lots of smouldering looks between: Jasmine and Pirate Guy, Tori and Christian, Ziggy and Tane, John and NuWoman. Plus it looks as if there's a new girl in Nikau's life, plus lots of shots of Bella in tears 😭
