I think Nell is due to turn 6 in January not 5 (based on her having been born the month after my kids not because I have an excel spreadsheet!) and I also recall them suggesting that she stay back a year, but then also some talk of her attending ‘kindy’. Surely if she was compulsory school age she’d have to go somewhere?

I also don’t get the Paul love Shock. Even though I loved the Gail and Paul days, and the Naomi and Paul days, and could see some of the charm of him then, in general he’s just a small angry man .

I agree that he’ll get it on with Jane (even though that would have been totally preposterous in the 80s and would have caused a scandal) just as Leo and Therese fizzle out and she realises that Paul is her destiny.

I can’t stand Bea, she made the Cassius thing all about her and she annoys me even more than Sonya (don’t get me started on Sonya).

I’m getting a bit bored of the Finn storyline, maybe Bea will kill him in self defence tomorrow in the woods - which she has ventured into alone knowing full well creepy Finn was more than likely going to be there.

Yes certainly in Sydney it is becoming more and more common for people to delay kids starting school. They are allowed to start in the year they'll turn 5 but they don't have to until they are the year they turn 6. You can have 18months or more age gap between the oldest and youngest in the class. I find it odd, but there you go.

The thing with Bea is that no one gives a fuck if Finn killed her. It would benefit the viewers tremendously. Plot wise Elly and Yashvi would mope for a week but then we’d never here if her again.

Why would someone who had such trauma over another unconnected person raising their voice at them be fine with the prospect of confronting their abusive ex who they don’t shut up about in the middle of nowhere alone? Attention seeker is literally the only personality trait they seem to have attached to her.

I love the Big Little Lies style storyline they've created with Finn falling / being pushed.

The Neighbours relationships get so complicated I wonder how they can all remember who is with whom :

Terese is with Leo, the son of her ex Paul. Leo's sister Amy is with Terese's former fiancé, who Terese cheated on with Paul.
Surely this is Jeremy Kyle territory Grin
