Noticed that the other thread is nearly full, but I don’t know how to set up the link thing on the other one. Help!

Actually I thought Aaron's back acting - when he twisted it getting into the car before the wedding - was incredibly realistic. But he did seem to get up far too easily from his chair to dance! And I'm sure he'll get back from their honeymoon and be completely cured after a couple of spa massages.

Lovewineandchocs · 04/09/2018 22:17

We had 'titties' today and mark said 'slag' the other day-I've heard bugger before too 😂

And Gary said “bastard” a few weeks ago Grin

Coco2891 · 04/09/2018 22:32

@Lovewineandchocs bahaha

TheWashingFairyatemyhamster · 04/09/2018 23:16

What I don’t get is why they always make David and Aaron hold each other’s heads in a weird vice like grip when they kiss at momentous occasions (wedding, proposal, when they first got together at the strange karaoke night at the Waterhole with all the lights on really bright). It’s like they have a strange broadcast Law in Oz that says ‘Ok, you can have gay kissing but only if everyone has their hands where we can see them’ meaning that the scenes shot clips in are just a forest of awkward hands or you can’t work out whether they’re going to kiss or head butt each other.

Anyway, yes Especially for You made me 😂 and thank fuck we didn’t have to hear Mark’s tedious speach.

I thought it was odd his sibs walked down the aisle too, LOVED Chloe's hair for the wedding.

MakeItStopNeville · 05/09/2018 04:01

That whole weird vice like grip is STRANGE! I don’t get it either.

Clawdy · 05/09/2018 08:33

Just seen that neither David nor Aaron are gay in real life.

SleepingStandingUp · 05/09/2018 10:14

Yeah David also punches above his weight in real life too

Aw, that's rather a sweet photo though!

Smidge001 · 05/09/2018 18:06

Wonder what a "gorlfriend" is Grin

Smidge001 · 05/09/2018 19:15

Is Jemima going to be another con artist? Haven't we done the 'long lost relative who everyone falls for is revealed to be dodgy' storyline before....
Once or twice Hmm

Poor Susan, Jemima's doing a great job of shunning her

MiddleClassProblem · 05/09/2018 19:19

I haven’t seen today’s yet but I’m kinda hoping it’s Susan gets it wrong plot and realises she’s lovely. Just the way she was so hard on her from the off with calling her “weird” and thinking she might be using them etc.

Smidge001 · 05/09/2018 20:01

That's true, as I'd normally say Susan is far more open minded than that. And it's unlike her to gossip like that to everyone so soon after meeting someone.

But today's... Well. It'd be nice if it's a backflip where we find out Jemima's actually loaded, and just wanted to make sure Karl and Susan weren't in it for the money.

Errr WOW, just how horrible is Shane being? What a complete and utter a*hole.

Lovewineandchocs · 06/09/2018 21:07

smidge I know, I was really surprised at him. They’re the sort of comments you’d expect Paul to make to Gary in a similar situation, but Shane and Clive always seemed to be friendly.

scrappydappydoo · 06/09/2018 22:08

I really hate how they constantly pick on Clive - he's written like a genuinely nice guy. He tries to do his job ethically, he was massively hurt when Sheila dumped him and yet the script writers keep putting him in these alleged 'comedy' situations which actually are painful to watch.

Smidge001 · 06/09/2018 22:48

Yeah, I agree. He's a really nice guy. A gentleman, but with personality and a great smile. We all love Clive. I'm not sure why they keep trying to poke fun at him, it doesn't work.

MiddleClassProblem · 06/09/2018 22:56

They seem to always To it eithbyhs older generation, don’t they? They’re far more likely to get a silly plot line.

BareBelliedSneetch · 07/09/2018 20:01

Does anyone ever enter the neighbours competition? Has anyone ever won?!

brokenharbour · 07/09/2018 20:14

That improv thing was the stuff of nightmares. I had to turn it off.

Smidge001 · 07/09/2018 22:54

Cringeworthy. If anyone made me join in an improve rap thing on a second date when I'd flown in to see them from another city, I'd run for the hills.

MiddleClassProblem · 08/09/2018 00:16

At least they got Mishti to pronounce his name right. That was so weird and very annoying. I assumed maybe that’s how they said it in Australia because it’s not here. No explaination to her mispronouncing it though.
