Re the Scottish connection; we have noticed that on The Bill (Showing on Drama channel at 7.10am...coffee time!) the ruffians are either Scots or Liverpudlian. It makes it far too easy to play "Spot the Baddie". This annoys my DH who is Scottish and lived in Liverpool for a while.
