Dilemma - Bear Grylls or Ray Mears?

I have only just noticed Bear Grylls after watching his programme earlier today....now, I love Ray Mears but am thinking Bear is my new hero....

Ray.
He hangs out with nutty professors with beards, and he is a bit chubby which I am assuming is so as to increase his chances of surviving a famine.

The main thing going for Bear is that his real name is Edward, but I think Ray still wins.

Yeah and he got totally naked in one of his recent programmes when he showed you how to get out of the water if you fell through thin ice! That was a good episode although they blurred out teh best bits hehe

Seriously (because this is a serious issue) Ray gets on well with indigenous people, so if there are any natives on the island (or a neighbouring one) I would rather have him.

Completely uninhabited.... well I guess Bear and I could found our own colony.
