I just caught up on this weeks.

I really hope Zee and Rana get back together, Zee is so sweet. I can imagine them having gorgeous babies. Kate is awful, she has been in the street a while now but i can't warm to her at all.

I don't understand why Roy isn't concerned about the Costa? Surely he woukd have had some kind of storyline about it? We had a Costa open in our town last year and it was a hot topic locally and the coffee shop next door have really suffered.

Sally and Yasmeen and the bird feeder made me laugh.

Jude is so so dull.

Just catching up with Friday's episodes and I see there's a co-op too!!!! Surely that will put Dev's and Freshco out of business!

Kate is yawn-worthy.

Loved Zee and Rana together.

I wish Kate could be written out, she's so dull and serves no purpose at all, unless it's to make Sophie jealous; and Sophie could go as well.

I find it odd that Todd is never mentioned. Apparently last seen being pursued by the police. He could at least let Eileen know he's OK.

Kate appears to have no redeeming features whatsoever. She's hard faced, miserable, jealous and mean.

I agree - there is a lot of deadwood amongst the young. Perhaps the new producer will clear them out. Mind you Maria has survived for years and years.

I really like Rana but haven't liked the Kate story line - I just don't believe in it. They need to do a bit more with Imran and Adam than have them pop up at the police station when yet another resident is arrested. If Imran had lots of dosh sloshing around he should have spent some getting the grotty solicitor's office painted and furnished. Two young guys like Adam and Imran could tackle it on a weekend.

Is Maria still counted as young??

Dev will be out of business soon anyway if he allows his under aged daughter to sell alcohol!

I honestly think certain cast members have dirt on the powers that be that keep them in their nice positions. Otherwise I can't see the financial sense in employing so many useless characters playing boring characters for years.

I liked the new waitress, she seemed to be capable of delivering her lines convincingly, unlike some of the more established actors. I thought there was a bit of chemistry between Jeff and Yasmine, would like to see something develop there. Not looking forward to Angie's showdown at the Marine centre and the subsequent fall out and reconciliation with Jude, they really are the most unlikely couple imaginable.

The whole storyline with Mary having a son and tracing him with the aid of Norris was poignant and explained a lot about her. Unfortunately, they've brought him and his awful wife onto the street and it's not working. Fingers crossed that the Co - op puts Dev out of business, but sadly he does have the kebab house and chippy to rely on. Where's Gemma? Haven't seen her for ages.

I like Angie the Accountant's transformation. The actress who plays her seems so much more relaxed and normal now.

Yes it’s sad that new actor waitress can deliver lines so well you feel like she been there for ages. Someone like Sophie’s sister still so wooden and had NO point what’s so ever.

Angie and Jude stay line is boring is going end up in a big row and split up isn’t it. Then he will win her back.

We haven’t seen Dev boy twin for ages. Half expecting them both to appear with new heads. Least they are trying to give the girl some lines.

Hate way someone working in chippy can pay rent/morage and childcare but Billy can’t working full time in professional job. Makes no sense.

Kate and Rana have absolutely no chemistry whatsoever and I think it's Kate that's the problem. Rana is pretty good, and has great chemistry with Yasmeen and Zeedan, they work really well together on screen. Kate has no chemistry with anyone. It wasn't believable with Sophie or the crazy ex. She's not even believable as a sister or daughter. Where did they find this girl? She can't act at all.

I think it's the role rather than the actor, here. Kate is not a likeable or believable character.

Wouldn't angie question Jude's marine biologist income - he is surely on no more than minimum wages in the gift shop. As an accountant I would have expected her to do the math.

I think that pacey but my teens reminded me that Angie keeps saying that he (Jude) never gets paid enough. However, it still seems totally implausible given the life they were supposed to be living in Jo'burg (which isn't that cheap - wonder what he worked at there?)

Jude is just a great useless lump isn't he. Yes Rana is very good and Angie has really grown into the part. I used to hate Rosie but I think she is great as a background character with just the odd line or two.
Surely Angie would not take advice from dozy Rosie!

Why do they employ bad actors? Surely Jude and Kate had to have auditions.
I hope they see the potential in the new waitress.

Apparently the Kate actress won an NTA as best newcomer in a soap in 2017 (Why?? and How??).
