This week - first the first time in ages I feel ok but I did get out of the school trip I was meant to go on, as I ended up with a migraine on Sunday, that wiped out Mother's day and lasted til Tuesday before I felt properly human again.

And DD2 has broken her wrist, they put a half cast on it yesterday, and rang to day to say she has to go in to have it manipulated under anaesthetic in the morning. Which will be nice.

Ok everyone, I've got something to tell you about that I think most of you will bloody LOVE!

I've found this fabulous podcast called Chart Music and it deconstructs ( i.e. rips the piss out of ) Top of the Pops. It's so funny and excruciatingly honest about how crap so much pop music was, but also really appreciates the music that was great. There's music journalists on it, so some great insights. And also, they are so on the money about how sleazy a lot of this DYs were. I absolutely love it!
