Better late than never...actually no... they were no use at all. CJ always sounds so panicked when he shouts 'Lane'. Might be something to do with having spent so much time previously shouting for her in vain.

Oh the fantastic never-ending-battery phone! Cannot believe (apart from a good story) anyone would "lend" a kid like her his phone with internet coverage!

Useful plot device with the phone that never needs recharging and the fact that she's fully versed on how to use it, despite living in the middle of nowhere in Nepal.

I do like the Maisie/Rab banter.
