Sole, I need to catch up but just saw you ask about SW - it disagrees with me too. Hopefully it's just a blip for you, but I can't lose on it at all. I think it's cause I eat "healthy" food, just too much of it, so SW doesn't address the issue with portion control. I'm calorie counting on a lower carb diet (carbs also disagree with me - ibs) and lost 10lbs in January :)

Low calorie seems to be working for me at the minute. Not weighed myself but can definitely feel a difference in my clothes. Still off alcohol too.

Whatever the reason I'm really pleased that they didn't just disappear into the wallpaper.

Crafty and Beyond phew thank God it's not just me then! Lost 6lb first week and second weigh in (yesterday) put 2lb on!!

I am eating boiled eggs, porridge, salad, fish, chicken, veg.

I think SW only works if I got to the gym seven days a week as I did whilst doing the diet and staying 100% true to plan for twelve months in 2000. I lost six stones that year. Following two years put eight back on. VLCD is the only way for me I think. Lost eleven stones in 2010 on VLCD and put four back in eight years.... hmm....

India goes back into Bb house and has argument with Ann..

Ian woosnam is going (/has gone?) back in? I don't know whether I'm pleased or whether I hate it. Will have to wait and see from the footage

Ah cheers Anne :) it sounds good but I know it's just the xmas weight coming back off, I doubt I'll do so well this month. Plus I have quite a bit to lose, so it's gonna come off faster than others...

I'm really conflicted about Ann and Shourtney
I dislike like everything Ann stands for, whereas I agree with lots of what Shourtney says. However I find myself nodding along with Ann about a lot of things and rolling my eyes at Shourtney.
