Dapper needs to go up against someone like Ann or Shane J, both of whom the public seem to really like. They're also more important to the show than he is so one would expect BB to edit/selectively choose tasks to disfavour him. Shane J is really popular in the house too though, so he's not going to get nominated for a while.

Just caught up, I agree with whoever upthread said Andrew and Shane J is a showmance. They are just better at it than Ashley and u.

The conversation the comment Shane made the other day about a heterosexual showmance helping in a boys v. girls scenario was telling.
