Can’t believe Chas is supposed to have just turned 40. I think the actress is very attractive but she looks a fair bit older than that. Paddy is going to want the baby isn’t he. A mini potato head. Poor Chas.

Now we're gonna get the tediousness of Chas not telling him about the baby and him stressing? Why can't someone in a soap just have a baby and for it to be ok? Those who don't want kids always have an unplanned pregnancy and those who are desperate for kids can't conceive. rarely does anyone get pregnant and get on with it real life. Maybe they could have played this differently and just had Chas & Paddy be happy about it. Although Chas need not worry - once she's had the baby she can forget about it like all the other parents on the soap.

I think how Chas is reacting is in keeping with her character bonfire, she doesn't seem particularly child centred, and with being apart from Aaron when he was a child, maybe wouldn't feel she'd know what to do with one

Yes think he mumbled about the unicorn whilst pretending to be asleep. Although only moments before that Sarah was drawing on his face with black marker when he presumably he was really in a deep, drunken sleep so not sure when he ‘woke’ up exactly.

Of course the baby can go to the 24/7 childminder . The CM who must have been working during Chas’ birthday party and later when Charity was preparing to go clubbing as there was no sign of Moses, Noah etc.

Charity mentioned that Sammy was with Moses and Noah. Who looks after Johnnie? he has totally disappeared Vanessa is always child free day or night.

Caught up with last week's episodes and by far the best scene was Bernice giving Vic a haircut. All she seemed to be doing was combing a small section repeatedly and really poorly too!

Just caught up too, am pleased that Rob and Aaron are back together and really hope we don't get subjected to loads of drama and tears between them as that is getting very tiresome.

The story with Tracy was so sad and I agree the actress played it exceptionally well, you could feel her distress. I hope the producers/writers are not planning a 'Jacob finds out and is horrible to Tracy' story.

I think the writers are reading this thread because all of a sudden they are mentioning childcare arrangements.

Why is Joe Tate calling Robert, Richard? What is his game with Jimmy? The way Jimmy is all 'yes sir, no sir, three bags full sir' is pathetic.

So many good throwaway lines on Thursday. Bernice telling Robert that Vanessa likes him for some reason. Alex saying he loves Bernice.

There must be something in the Emmerdale water with all these mature ladies who get pregnant - Vanessa, Charity, Megan, Moira and now Chas.....

Jimmy's attitude is strange when he arrived in Emmerdale to live at Home Farm I think he flew in in a helicopter and Patsy Kensit was his wife! Has he no pride?
