I certainly am

I don't think it's a good as it was when it first started, and it can be a tad predictable at times but I still love this show

I completely agree @ankasi

The Trixie storyline was the perfect example. She could have suddenly been needed at the South Africa hospital, but instead they shoehorned in the dentist's daughter suddenly having mental health issues because of his relationship with Trixie, them breaking up, Trixie drinking again, and immediately going to rehab Confused

Taffeta · 02/03/2018 15:41

I forgive them the Trixie storyline though, can’t be easy writing her out at last minute because of pregnancy.

3luckystars · 02/03/2018 16:42

Yes it’s rushed! That’s a good word.

I knew Trixie was pregnant straight away, it must have been hard watching the vicar kissing Barbara while she was pregnant with his baby. I would have been bawling my eyes out probably, although I cried at everything while pregnant. It’s a great series I love it so much but I wish they would slow down again.

Itsbeenaverylongweek · 04/03/2018 19:04

DH just tried to tell me that we'd be having the snooker on tonight but as I've managed to get him watching this series, a reminder of Barbara in peril remedied the situation Grin

BlueLego · 04/03/2018 19:29

Well done itsbeen

Can’t believe it’s Sunday already!

Mammabear31 · 04/03/2018 20:03

It's 8.03pm and it's STILL NOT ON

Come on BBC1!!!!

AnneEyhtMeyer · 04/03/2018 20:08

Teal kitchen, teal cutlery, teal rug, and everything on the airer is teal. This is beyond a joke. Someone in props is taking the piss.

Toddlerteaplease · 04/03/2018 20:09

Not a very convincing meningococcal rash. "Don't fret?!!" His wife is critically ill, he's allowed to fret!

SimonBridges · 04/03/2018 20:15

Same lamp again. This time in the hallway of the black woman with the church.

Yorkshirebetty · 04/03/2018 20:16

Not sure about the doctor and borstal. I prefer the women's stories.

AccidentallyRunToWindsor · 04/03/2018 20:18

Hot wet vicar 😍

travelmonster · 04/03/2018 20:19

Barbara is a lot less irritating when unconscious.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 04/03/2018 20:19

Tom has been taking acting wooden lessons from Dr Smug.

SimonBridges · 04/03/2018 20:20

There it is again, next to Doctor One-Face on the sofa.

AccidentallyRunToWindsor · 04/03/2018 20:21

The doctors acting is on point this evening Confused

travelmonster · 04/03/2018 20:23

Must be hard to find someone to pray with... in a fucking convent.

AccidentallyRunToWindsor · 04/03/2018 20:27

Why are they so keen for her to join their front room church?

travelmonster · 04/03/2018 20:28

@AccidentallyRunToWindsor Bet it's swingers.

AccidentallyRunToWindsor · 04/03/2018 20:29

That will shock her @travelmonster

travelmonster · 04/03/2018 20:31

Once again a woman is roused from a life or death situation by the promise of babies.

Go feminism!

IrenetheQuaint · 04/03/2018 20:33

LOL travelmonster... so accurate Grin

SimonBridges · 04/03/2018 20:33

Well, Travel, babies are the only thing that a women ever wants.

Could she be left infertile?

SimonBridges · 04/03/2018 20:33

(I have no idea of meningitis can lead to infertility of course).

travelmonster · 04/03/2018 20:35

@SimonBridges Her personality seems decent enough contraception.

Toddlerteaplease · 04/03/2018 20:35

Don't see the point of the borstal story line.
