I wonder why IW chose to lie about how painful gender reassignment surgery? (I'm in know doubt it was a lie and must be incredibly painful). Surely it would feed into the victim narrative she has created for herself. I just don't get it.

I think it's part of the 'I was always meant to be a woman, so creating a vagina was so natural and easy' narrative.
