I can't remember how the winner is picked....is it immediately after the interviews?

I remember in previous series they would whittle it down to the last two contestants and then a huge task was appointed and each of them chose from fired candidates regarding who they wanted on their team. I used to like it when they did that. I know it makes more sense to pick a winner based on the business plan but I still prefer it the other way,

Queen they have the interviews, three are eliminated, final two have to make an advert and do a presentation in front of professionals, then Lord Sugar picks

Two hours until the interviews

Honestly, I wait for this all week and genuinely count down the hours on Wednesday until it's on... I get so obsessed. Who do we want in the final? I'd love Elizabeth to win, but I don't think jay she will. Sarah and Michaela is who I think should be in it, but in my ideal world, Elizabeth and Michaela. I really don't think James or Joanna should get through. Thoughts?

James does not deserve to be through. I think that it will be between Michaela and Sarah. I would love Elizabeth to be in the final as well though.
