No "wow" moments at all. I am sure that Alexandra's dances are technically very competent but I haven't felt moved to watch any of them again.

In fact, my favourite dance so far, and the only one I've rewatched, was Davood's American Smooth .

I remember one dance (ages ago) where the celeb (Matt someone, with Flavia?) completely forgot the whole routine and just ended up waking to some steps and sitting down. Cringeworthy, but I am always surprised it doesn't happen more often.

MrsJamin, I agree. Susan and Kevin's Bring me sunshine quickstep did make me laugh, clap and cry but that's the only one. Although Jonnie's jive was pretty exhilarating.

PS yes Matt di bloody Angelo. Still got good marks for that dance, I think, apart from from Craig, who rightly pointed out he could only score half a dance; and made it to the final!

Anyone watching Pointless? They just had a question about Strictly and the lowest scoring answer was that Clifton is Karen and Kevin’s last name. We’d all have been golden!

Rhiannon you remember it far more than I do! But I think Craig was right - it was only half a dance. I think there must be plenty of occasions where the pro just hauls the celeb round for 16 bars, whispering frantically in their ear about the next set of moves!

Yes we were watching Pointless. That question is exhibit A in my long held assertion that the GBP really really don’t care as much about the pros as people on SCD fan forums think they do. I’m always very unconvinced by the “people are voting for Alijaz/Kevin/anyone who isn’t Anton” arguments
