I love it. I especially love the moments when Sue and Axl bond. Anyone else a fan?

I seem to remember they were in Sue's car.. could have been the episode where she had started college and was sleeping in her car because she didn't like her room mate. Early season 8 maybe?

I missed bradcoming out too.

I always miss when it's on and have to catch random episodes when I can.

Another clever episode suesue (hello daughter in law ). A rare one with only the 5 family members appearing. I love how the threads of the story are all tied together at the end.

Ah Brad coming out was brilliant. Personally I think Sue Sue Heck is the best character on tv.

Sue is wonderful. Her enthusiasm and openness melt my heart every episode. I really loved the storyline when one of the Glossner boys kept kissing her and she acted outraged but was secretly thrilled.

For people saying they can't warm to Frankie, I think part of the reason might be that the actress has had so much work done over the last three years that her face is often completely frozen. That lack of expression makes it hard to empathise with her and also makes her unbelievable as a cash strapped working class Mum. Rather like when `Lynne Perrie/Ivy Tilsley had a face lift.

I adore Sue's optimism. I wonder if the cast get on in real life? I love Frankie really.

I absolutely adore The Middle? I wonder how much longer they are going to keep running it though with the children getting older?

Favourite character by miles is Sue. I love her positive attitude no matter what. Most annoying for me is Brick, I have never quite warmed to him. I don't like the way they betray him as quite selfish.

Axl has grown massively and his and Sues relationship is lovely. I really like the dynamic between them now.

Very much an undervalued show and planning on binge watching the rest of the available season 9 tonight when I don't have 2 children moaning if I dare watch something other than Spongebob/Peppa. Up to episode 3 at the moment.

this is the final series.

I feel like the show gained a lot more heart with axl and Sue going to college, I thought it would potentially be the shows downfall but I love the dynamic between them. When sue was lonely with no friends fitting in and Axl took her to get pizza, frankie and mike see them that was a heartfelt moment as was when mike sold the diaper business. I actually think it starts off strong, got a little weaker I. The middle and came back stronger.

The goldbergs has some heart, but I find it very repetitive one a child ( mostly Adam/ Barry) feels slighted and confronts the others who feel bad and make amends.

Is it really the last series?!?!? Wow I am actually quite sad about that!

I agree about Patricia Heaton's face. She's such a natural beauty. With those cheekbones and lovely smile she really didn't need the surgery/botox/whatever. If you look back only a couple if seasons she looks incredible and much younger than she does now.

Loved this week's episode. Mike and Sue. It was genuinely emotional.
