I'd never noticed Claudia's poor posture tbh. It's been brought to everyone's attention now though! Shirley reminds me of a long-dead old auntie of mine who had no filter. She's the sort of woman who'll comment when someone has gained weight or had an unflattering haircut on the basis of "telling it like it is".

Had to watch Shirley's comments about Claudia. Oooft. Claude absolutely handled that like a pro.

Glad Simon went, right decision. Shirley is trying too hard. I think she's trying to find her place on the team, must be hard coming in as head judge. But so far I don't warm to her.

Just checking in I am really trying to like Shirley but I just can't for some reason. Even overlooking her blatant Simon-love, there is just something I can't put my finger on that is annoying me

I don't like Shirley as much as I did at the beginning. She's OK I guess.

Shirley's quite clearly the dance expert and there's no denying that she knows her stuff. She is also trying to project a "firm but fair" persona. The stuff with Claudia was just embarrassing.

Still very much dislike Debbie who was overmarked given that her routine had dodgy lifts and one very obvious stumble.

Shirley's a bit like your auntie who's not really your auntie but a friend of your mum's. The one who gets vicious after a couple of guns and you can feel the atmosphere change.

Oh I’m loving Shirley. I think Len was often quite technical with the dance stuff and she’s doing the same. Likes the traditional steps. Gives detailed feedback. I like her

Shirley is like the auntie at a wedding who comments on the bride, 'she's wearing white.'

I really like KFG and Joe Varney this year, their partners seem to have brought out really nice sides to them.

I loved Debbie's vw, largely because Giovanni played his role so well.

I'd love Neil to get a partner next year.

Claudia has tweeted overnight how much she loves Shirley and that they were laughing about it all. Up to you whether you believe that or not!

Personally I like Shirley, the forgetting people's names and odd comments are things we all do - we're just lucky that we don't do it on live tv in front of millions!

And she is right about Claudia's posture - she often sits/stands with hunched shoulders!
