Gemma does lift weight according to her instagram, (she also has cute dogs too) and some sort of boxing training, from what she posts she puts a lot of hardwork into her body with training and specific diet

He is a 24yr old runner he hasn't learned personality yet too busy running 😀although he was on the last leg a lot during the paralympics and he seems a nice lad

I think Jonnie has had good weeks and this wasn't one of them

But want him to go thru to next week to see what he and Oti do next week

Lovely Neil Jones reminds me of Gareth Malone (and I'd quite like to see him on SCD)

I've just said to my guys that I'd like to see Neil with a celebrity next year. He's a great dancer.

I wonder if he's maybe not a confident choreographer.

And I also got the impression that his popularity on the last leg was being a good sport at the hands of the comedians.

Now here. Spent last night in A and E with my partner. Got home at 11 and woke up this morning with sickness and diarrhoea.... Have slept most of the day and caught up earlier...
