You're probably right Rhubarb and she may go on to surprise us all. I suppose I have only been a bit disappointed because the chemistry between BA and LT was so good I'm missing it. That's not MK 's fault though so I'll just have to be satisfied wth seeing CJ and hoping Molly is still in his life!

Must just add that I've been enjoying 'The Last Post' a lot. I heard two of the actors on Radio 2 yesterday afternoon talking bout it. Interestingly, the 'Last Post' thread have been having conversations about the military authenticity or lack of it which remind me a lot of us in series 1.

I'm here and up for the watchalong. Am going to be out all day though and not expecting to be back before 7 so unlikely to be able to post during the day.

Finally got chance to watch. Not enough CJ for me (gather he's in more as the series unfolds). Georgie, newly promoted, finding her authority undermined by Maisie, know it's not real life but do feel CJ and Kingy should have stepped in to help her more.

Mixed feelings about this at the mo will reserve judgement for further episodes.

Did you see that little pursing of the lips from Georgie. Didn't like Elvis being sarcastic very much and undermining her in front of Maisie. Wanted to call her Mavis just then must have been the reference to Doris that put me off.
