I caved and watched the little trailer. It was quite good- if a bit 50 shades...! If they kill off Paige/mark I’ll be very upset, I’ve been waiting for them to get back together since they split up...! I’m already a bit annoyed that they’ve been together at least 2 days yet we haven’t even seen them! Does Toadie still work? I’d have thought with Sonya not working properly for ages and all the deebt that he’d need to be working as much as possible! He could learn a lesson from Karl.

They can kill off- David, Leo, Gary, Hamish. That’s allowed. Maybe Jack too- I’m not sure quite what the point of him is, and his ‘face’ seeing Paige and mark kissing gave me the rage, like he didn’t have his chance...

Elly too. Not sure what the point of her is.

I hope it’s not Amy. I hope when her final day is it’s just a damp squib goodbye. If she died she’d be a martyr and would still get vaguely mentioned like Josh does every 3 months. Nobody mentions Imogen...

There’s characters I don’t really like but if they died the faff, aggro and drama over it that I can’t be bothered. Amy and/or Jimmy, Sonya.

Elly is now irrelevant enough that she could disappear without too much bother though, that’d be fine.

Awww why does everyone hate Jack? I like him, he just needs to lighten up a bit-I think he hasn’t quite got over being a priest. I want him to get some interesting storylines. I don’t think his face looked jealous when he saw Paige-just a bit surprised, maybe a little nostalgic and then happy for them. Please tell me I’m not the only one who likes his character?!

Yes he’s a funny drunk. He needs more character development, more stuff about his past, things like that, but he’s a nice guy-and hot!

I find him cringey with Steph. I like that they show him looking after Gabezilla a fair bit

He and Mark are two hot guys they made unattractive. Both were fine when they came into the soap. I don’t think Jack’s cringey personality needed to happen. It feels like they wrote it in just because he’s a priest.

He punched a wall once. Why aren’t we exploring his aggressive side more as currently it has evaporated from his character completely like that was some weird one off yet we’ve seen him drunk as a skunk a couple of times since then. I mean, if you punch a wall once you tend to have a firey side somewhere in you.

Yes, I would like that fiery side to come out more too. He also alluded to having a wild side as a teenager, so they should explore that. I actually really like him with Steph-much more fun than with Paige

He was, but it was all new to him, he’d never really had a relationship (except with God and Simone! ) he has settled down a bit now though and I’m enjoying their dynamic. Someone needs to calm Steph down about the Wellness Centre stuff!
