We could get rid of a few that way.

Very dramatic. Poor Daniel- I have a soft spot for him.
Does anyone else fancy Adam or is it just me?
Loved it when Norris told Robert to kick down the door with his 'dominant foot'!

Optimist1 · 17/06/2017 17:58

Just you, Mexxi ! Wink

eddiemairswife · 17/06/2017 18:18

What is Adam supposed to be doing for money? I think Ken was paying the rent on the flat, but surely he isn't providing pocket money as well.

Clawdy · 17/06/2017 18:25

Adam is the least likely lawyer I have ever seen. ....

Mexxi · 17/06/2017 20:07

Adam will soon be coining it from his Maria/Aidan photo. Or so he hopes.

CorporalNobbyNobbs · 18/06/2017 14:36

Adam's gone to live with Peter and Toyah isn't he? Maybe he's signing on.

eddiemairswife · 18/06/2017 14:58

Aliya and Rana in the pub.... they won't be drinking or eating because of Ramadan, so it was a bit cheeky of them to go there in the first place.

Did Nick buy his flat? So will Leanne, Simon and Oliver be paying him rent?

Do Aidan and Eva live in the flat above the kebab shop where Leanne and Simon lived?

EachandEveryone · 18/06/2017 17:34

Todds horrible. Will billy have a house and everything to live in?

eddiemairswife · 18/06/2017 17:54

Billy has a really nice vicarage fairly near.

lavenderhue · 18/06/2017 19:06

Billy is the most underworked vicar ever. His whole "working" day revolves round hanging round the street he lives on..

EachandEveryone · 18/06/2017 20:38

But I take it that child's at private school who's going to keep her in the manner she's accustomed to?

Clawdy · 18/06/2017 20:56

It's so unlikely a child would be placed with a couple she has only just met, simply because one of them is her godfather.

Stillwaitingforsummer · 19/06/2017 14:06

how many rooms had lukes flat magically transformed into?

CoolCarrie · 19/06/2017 20:35

I love Mary, she is the best character in the show at the moment! Funny and sad tonight.

Mexxi · 19/06/2017 20:37

I've gone off Adam a bit now after seeing him in that woolly hat.

OhWhatFuckeryIsThisNow · 19/06/2017 20:49

The state of it! Made me feel even hotter.
Mary is fab. She's really come into her own from being scary Mary to a strong character.
I don't know if I can watch the Bethany scenes, it makes me feel sick. Finally a different police officer turns up. I was thinking the whole of weatherfield police was that dodgy bloke and what's it.

JustDanceAddict · 19/06/2017 21:24

Mary was fab tonight

Clawdy · 19/06/2017 22:18

Bethany did the sensible and most believable thing by appealing to the woman in the cafe. For once, it seemed real. Hope they don't spoil it by having Nathan appearing and convincing the woman Bethany is disturbed or something.......

thenightsky · 19/06/2017 22:30

Does this mean that Bethany has finally clicked that Nathan is a badun?

eddiemairswife · 19/06/2017 22:37

I just find all scenes with Billy and Todd so tedious.

TheJunctionBaby · 19/06/2017 23:07

eddiemairswife I find pretty much every couple on Corrie tedious. The only believable one is Tim and Sally, the rest lack any shred of passion and it's like they all just hop from bed to bed recycling partners

Mary is fantastic. She's able to be crazy, funny and also show real depth and heart. I think she's one of the best characters for a long while

AnneEyhtMeyer · 19/06/2017 23:47

Mary is just about the only character I like at the minute. She is rounded and believable.

redshoeblueshoe · 20/06/2017 09:44

Mary was great again last night. I thought the scene with Bethany at the end was really well done.
I really can't stand Billy - he makes it very clear he is only a do-gooder because it makes him feel good.
I thought the scenes with Todd and the girl were funny.
Billy wants the girl, to spite the GM, and to show what a good bloke he is.
I think Todd will want the girl because he is genuinely concerned about her.
To the pp who said there should be another tram accident - well ironically they are extending the tramline so it will run outside the studio's. ITV have complained it will interfere with filming Grin

stripeyboys · 21/06/2017 12:02

I thought we saw some brilliant acting on Monday night. Summer, Mary and Bethany were all fab. I really hope Bethany is able to escape.

JingsAndCrivens · 21/06/2017 12:07

I was so happy Bethany finally realised what Nathan was all about. Had a tear in my eye when she asked that mum to phone the police for her.
