Would losing the Trauma unit she fought so hard for be enough to make her do that? Or have I missed something else somewhere along the line?

HappyVan · 06/12/2017 23:27

Bernie ... but why?!

SleepingStandingUp · 06/12/2017 23:43

Picture is a woman holding a baby. I reckon its woman in Lisbon.

SleepingStandingUp · 06/12/2017 23:44

Def not Bernie

QueenAmongstMen · 07/12/2017 01:03

It can't be Fred cos why wouldn't he be allowed down there?

I agree.

Although Jac recognises that shooter she seems quite indifferent towards them and then her telling them that they can't come in tocthr hospital this way and that they need to use the main entrance implies to me that the shooter doesn't work in the hospital and never has.

I suppose this would fit in with that Jeremy theory......but I genuinely don't think the writers would be so lazy with a storyline to make it be him.

I'm trying to think of other wronged people.....

Maybe it's Parker coming to seek revenge on Raf and Essie for making him go abroad with his mom instead of letting him stay with them Grin

What I found odd is why that photo of that lady appeared randomly at that base of an obscure staircase when that last we'd seen it was when Essie 'accidentally' broke the frame?

SleepingStandingUp · 07/12/2017 01:23

That's the scabby bit of the hospital where people go to die Dr Who is setting up all his new stuff so I think its meant to be his area? Although not sure if that is consostwnt with where it was when Essie broke it?

MyOtherProfile · 07/12/2017 04:13

Bernie was a joke based on the comment below Hmm

In the trailer for next week, Queen - they showed someone marching down the corridor wearing military style trousers and boots/high tops with the barrel of a rifle pointed down towards the ground.

MyOtherProfile · 07/12/2017 04:15

Picture is a woman holding a baby. I reckon its woman in Lisbon.

Is it??? I wasn't looking properly them cos I thought it was a head and shoulders of a woman. Does anyone have a screenshot of it?

SoupDragon · 07/12/2017 07:00

I've not seen the trailer but could it be Selfie?

TinoTheArtisticMouse · 07/12/2017 07:03

From Holby Twitter feed. Maybe red herring.

I've just seen a trailer on the Holby City FB page where Morven and the new Neurosurgeon lady are doing an operation and Morven's face looks absolutely petrified as she glances in a direction and as the camera scans round to where she's looking there's a brief shadow of a character walking past those glass windows that look into the operating room...

I think the character looks male in stature.

Shakey15000 · 07/12/2017 08:42

I don't think it's Jeremy. But I reckon he'll be in the hospital coincidentally, he'll be injured, Ric will operate what with Jac being indisposed, save his life and drop the case (or plead with the police prosecutors etc)

QueenAmongstMen · 07/12/2017 08:58

That's a good theory!!

I hope Fletch finds her before she loses consciousness and believing she's about to die she tells him that she thinks she loves him, or something equally lovely and romantic. Followed by her saying "Tell Emma that I love her....." I will be an emotional wreck!!!!

I'm sure Olly and his beautiful eyes will operate on her and save her life and as a thank you she'll ensure he gets a job as a Consultant.

On another thread someone suggested it might be Jonny, haha Grin

Maybe it's Matteo and Nina - a double act!!!

We've got such a long list of potential suspects now.....

TinoTheArtisticMouse · 07/12/2017 09:01

The thing throwing me is the episode description says it's a face from the past - so surely Fredric and Jeremy are too recent? Cast list is giving nothing away. It lists a paramedic from casualty (who has army background - but I don't watch it, and his character description looks like he's still current?).

QueenAmongstMen · 07/12/2017 09:09

The paramedic with an army background is a female and is in the show after recently returning. She was initially a Consultant Doctor in A&E but then left for another job but now has suddenly reappeared as a paramedic after having whistleblown in the job she'd left A&E for and not being able to work there anymore. It's all been a bit vague actually.

spiderlight · 07/12/2017 09:29

Did anybody notice the patient being brought in with what looked like two bodyguards on Tuesday? He was brought out of an ambulance in the background when they were all outside waiting for Dr Who and then there was another brief glimpse of him in the background, possibly on AAU, with two big blokes in suits at the end of his bed. Looked like an elderly man. Might be incidental but I wondered at the time whether he might have something to do with it.

HalleLouja · 07/12/2017 09:38

@spiderlight I thought he was the patient who had surgery with Jac and The Doctor Professor G.

spiderlight · 07/12/2017 09:51

Oh. Yes, that would make sense! Blush

TinoTheArtisticMouse · 07/12/2017 10:02

No, this is the paramedic in episode list.

TinoTheArtisticMouse · 07/12/2017 10:31

Looking through the episode list, the first one where Jeremy appears is called The Coming Storm, so I think that's hinting it's a pivotal episode. I therefore think it's Jeremy and army paramedic will help to stop him.

ISaySteadyOn · 07/12/2017 10:39

You think there will be a Casualty crossover? That would be good.

Shakey15000 · 07/12/2017 10:59

I love crossover episodes so long as Charlie "I've survived by mastering the art of the double take despite being a shocking actor" Fairhead isn't in it. Hmm

ISaySteadyOn · 07/12/2017 11:03

Wish Lily were still in Casualty. I would have loved to see her interact with Jac.

QueenAmongstMen · 07/12/2017 11:08

I just can't believe it's Jeremy.

The last time she saw him he was physically atracking another staff and she went nuclear at him.

If it was him she saw at the bottom of the stairs why would she be pleasant and tell him to use the other entrance to access the hospital? Wouldn't she be shouting at him and threatening to call
Security if he didn't leave??

QueenAmongstMen · 07/12/2017 11:19

Tino - oh you meant Ian, sorry. I forgot he was also ex-military.

I have a little crush on him so I hope no harm comes to him Grin

istaysteady - I completely agree about a Jac and Lily meeting, it would be fantastic. I think it's a shame Lily has left Casualty, I really liked her character. I never bought her relationship with Ian though, it just didn't seem to work for some reason, a bit like Essie and RAF.
