right well i di dit again today ans studied it intently
did abotu 3 mins walking then did the 4 miles in 29 minutes9 including the three walking) and 35 seconds
went like the clappers
was swearing at you tow
so obv i was worng last time

have to say that to get to erally good time (did i mention it? oh well, better do it again) of 47:55 for 10km it had to be a race, with dh hollering down my lughole ("dig deep dig deep") (fecker)

on the treadmill my fastest for 10km was 52 mins

Never mind bloody treadmills, let's get back to ETTC. I'm with Pruni, tied in with memories of b/f ds while slumped in front of the TV for me. And I like looking at houses.
