Just looked her up - it was Mexico, at the ambassador's residence Grin with Billy and...can't remember, the other young guy. Yes, she was ill, and they cooked her menu for her. Apparently she was quite unwell and had to go to hospital. But was booted out anyway.

Yes, Melba toast is normal toast that you then split in the middle, so v v thin.
