Let's go onwards with our intriguing or madcap theories, people...

I met DT once and he was really really lovely. It was in a work related capacity and he was very professional and talented - he nailed it on the first take every time.

Right are we placing our last ditch bets now?

I'm going for: Clive Lucas, Shady McTaxiface. He makes the stepson video it.
He has also set up a miniature poem set in the old lodge house.
He is in cahoots with House Owner/Leo's dad?

Leo guilty of the other 2 rapes and Ian knew.

I think the taxi drivers collection is things left begins in can but he gets a kick out of keeping them.

Jim is 'just' a cheating arse but hopefully Kath comes to her senses and dumps his arse!

Ed - lonely weirdo stalker but not rapist, may try to kill rapist though once he knows.

Tom killed Danny. We never actually heard joes full confession but mark did and the suicide attempt may well have been because he's conflicted how he feels as Tom was very much a child too and he knows he'd have done the same as Joe if Danny had killed Tom.

Weighing up the hidden (and glaringly obvious, in a few cases) character traits of most of the locals, I'd say the only hope for a return to a kinder, saner, normality lies with Lizzie Latimer (3ish yrs old) and Fred Miller (5ish yrs old).

15+ years down the line...Broadchurch revival begins!

(Miller/ Leah Winterman/ Chloe Latimer/ Hardy and Daisy allowed to stay...). Any others qualify for permanent residency, do we reckon?

I can't make my mind up with regard to who it actually is, but my guesses are:

1. The time lapse from occurrence to report will be of huge significance.

1. The porn/Hardy's daughter/Tom Miller storyline will be pivotal.

1. Creepy Clive will be caught for something dodgy.

1. Cath will leave vile Jim.

1. Trish will move away.

1. The Latimers will get back together/move away. Or at least Mark will leave.

I think hardy will leave, sadly I think daisy has been filmed or raped and he won't wanna stay.

The time lapse has to be important or there's no reason to have put it in. Perhaps the rape didn't happen on the night of the party.

Is there a Josh in this series? Who is he? Because I've been thinking Tom was a Josh, and clearly he isn't.

Dilemma. I'm in Canada and we're a week behind but I've been watching on the ITV hub. I have an app on my phone (that links to my tv) so I can watch live. I'm currently sitting by the side of the swimming pool having told my DD that she must get out when I tell her it's 4.45 (in 4 mins) so we can get home in time for me to watch.

She's having a marvellous time.

So do I leave her to play and get it on the Hub in w couple of hours or make her get out so I can watch it live with you lot?

I have my popcorn and wine, I'm all ready, kids glued to their tablets/pc so as not to disturb me.

I reckon its twine boy with his girlfriend filming everything. Maybe making films to order.

I think the unknown victim is going to be the key to it all and I think shes going to be someone blindingly obvious who we have seen a lot of.

Dd2 (9) is refusing to go to bed as she feels sick. This happened last night (too much chocolate) and she was fine, so I'm not worried about her, but I want her asleep . Aaarghh.

I've let her play. I thought realistically getting her out the pool, dried, dressed and walked home in 15 mins was ambitious (no car as it has a puncture and hardly anything is open here today).
