Very emotional couple of days in Neighbours. There is an online petition at the moment to try to keep filming Neighbours and keep it on the air.

I can't see them canceling the show. I know there's a discussion in the UK of renewing the contract and whether they'll stop showing it over here but it seems too big a deal just to wrap filming suddenly

I agree that Paul might be the dad but not sure how it fits with Jasmine saying Keo could take over Lassiters if he found out but then this is Neighbours and that line could have no relivance to the plot outcome other than to think they are part of the inheritance.

Finn on the other hand totally not my type, and is obviously a baddun. He comes straight from Australia's version of central casting category "young, male, and up to no good". How can Xanthe and Susan not see this immediately? Although Piper seems to be suspicious??

Surely it's going to turn out that Hero was their brother, not their dad, thus making them Jasmine's uncles & they'd have a bigger claim on the business than her. It's interesting that it's all about Leo & Lassiter's. Surely if he inherited a large part of the business he might choose somewhere more exotic than the suburbs to set himself up. Or David might take over Lassiter's!

If the spoiler is correct as to who their mother is then there are a couple of possibilities as to the link with Jasmine.

The twins grandmother (there mums mum- not sure if that's the one who died in Erinsborough hospital) gave away a baby called Karen. This came out when the twins mum found out she was pregnant. So either the twins mum is linked (although the storyline then was the father was someone called Brad) or it's the grandmothers daughter who was adopted so David and Leo's Aunt.

I'm not sure - the spoiler I've seen is who David and Leo's mum is - she has links to a current cast member and their family. The link to Jasmine I've not seen a spoiler for. I'm speculating as to how they going to link a character from the original year of broadcasting to now.

I guess it depends on whether they rewrite history - like they did with Brad and Lauren.

In the original if the person I've seen speculated as the twins mum is true then their dad was called Brad which is what Karl had often out for them originally.

Oh I see. I have seen a spoiler of who the suspect is the dad for a bit which link you posted but I'm fairly sure it's a red herring
