Looks like it only happened a couple of years ago when Kate and Dan were together, from the sounds of it Kate had suspicions but Dan gaslighted her so I guess it was still a big deal to Chloe L. I think she's a naturally shy girl so prob struggles when she has any storyline.

If I remember correctly there was a small time frame where she had split with Jake and one of the episodes was abroad. The girls, particularly Georgia said they heard her say Dan was good looking and she got pulled apart for it. The time she and Lydia had an argument in the top of a yacht? Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm sure that was Dan and I bet the kiss was then.
