Last night's was the first time in ages I have actually enjoyed watching Corrie. What a difference a good plot twist can make!

Whilst we all recover from the shock of a plot not being immediately obvious from a mile away, just a reminder to everyone on the thread...however obvious a spoiler may seem to you, however many magazines it has been on the cover of, we don't talk about it on here. We are spoiler free.

Yes, he couldn't read. I think it was Anna who taught him to read and write. I could be wrong though.

Call me boring but if I discovered that my husband had cheated on me and had a baby with one of the neighbours, I think I'd take a few months to be alone and get my life in order. Not rush into the arms of some boring chef who was swearing undying love to my best friend less than six months ago.

Did Robert swear undying love to Carla?

Hmm maybe he didn't actually. But I'm sure he did a lot of that staring at her longingly across the cobbles as he's now doing to Michelle.

Yeah it wasn't really clear. I thought he loved Leanne at one stage too!

And it's not that long ago he dumped the blonde one from Girls Aloud for his ex wife Tracy 😅

I don't like how Pepe can't be single and happy in Corrie. And why, as soon as a mutual attraction has been established, do they have to rush straight to sex?

Agree Althea and Robert in his pants was a bit much last night. Can't take to him.

woodhill I don't really think the issue is Steve sleeping with Leanne though, it's the lying about the baby and letting Leanne be all bessies with Michelle etc.

does anyone else find Jenny/Jennie extremely annoying, when she was going on one at Michelle all I could think was I hope Michelle slaps her, she is just one of those characters that makes me want to turn the tv over. I don't think Robert did swear undying love for Carla, I do like him and michelle together though, steve is annoying and drippy and I don't think David should've given the whole £19,000 maybe £10,000-£15,000... It was an accident and it's not his fault that Kevin is going bankrupt

i hate Jenny! Can't understand why Johnny would have any interest in her. Do you think Johnny has Parkinson's or something?

I think David kept £1,000 back - and liked that his actions were those of someone who was growing up - hopefully, and not before time.

Annoyed I'm glad it's not just me, I think it could be parkinsons or maybe MS? there's definitely something wrong... maybe it's the stress of being with Jenny

Hope Anna keeps some of that money back for Fay's future instead of letting Kevin have it all It's compensation for her accident so she should use it for helping make her own life easier (e.g. ground floor flat) instead of throwing it at someone who, seeing as it's Corrie, will be sleeping with someone else by next year.

I can't remember what happened to Anna (I know she fell down the stairs at New Year when she was looking after Jack but she was already injured) I know Gary blames David. There was a car incident and Davids daughter ended up being rescued .................

BUT- surely Anna would've got Injury Compensation from that? In which case , why is Gary hasselling David?
If not (well its like in Eastenders where they scrabble about instead of taking proper advice)
