Shame as Lauren is one of the rare good actors. I think they are off, tends to happen eventually when the family disbands... plus there's only so much chat we can handle about the family - Bailey, Mason, Amber, etc - who all conveniently have excuses never to attend important events.

I think Brad was one of the most disappointing come back characters ever. He's an odd combination of pigheaded and wet blanket all in one.

Yeah I've been quite enjoying the Steph/Lauren friendship and the fact that Lauren gets it at least half way right when it comes to Piper.

Once you get past the fact she's not actually Lauren, I don't dislike her.

Yeah I like Lauren and Piper's relationship. If they killed off Brad that would be the best thing but maybe Lauren will come back for the business every now and again like Lucy pops up? Is she selling the business or keeping it?

I have just realised one of the reasons I am clinging on to the hope that Dee is Real Dee is because she is actually the Dee actress.

When Hairspray said "not actually Lauren" I realised that is the problem. We are so used to having to accept characters getting new heads, I am finding it difficult to accept someone with the right head not actually being the original character.

Does that make any sense at all or have I been watching Neighbours too long to string a coherent sentence together?

On the DS leavers/returners list there is no listing for anyone leaving which is weird. It does say Callum will pop back. I wonder if he'll also get scenes with Josie or just parental shit

I think Tyler will save Paige, maybe get a tiny injury or none at all, but it will be what makes Brad accepts him and say "you guys can live at the house"

Anne I completely agree! If new Dee had just been a random blonde woman I could have gone along with the "Fake Dee" storyline. Because they've used the original Dee actress I'm finding difficult to see her as a fake!

The problem with using the same actress for Dee is that she has a unique face anyway and it clearly is her. Strange idea.

I'm assuming that Neighbours being Neighbours there will not be any delving into the wrongness of Jack shagging Paige at that precise moment of her just having jumped out of a crashing balloon (excluding the whole priest thing etc).

It's really making me quite cross that they keep skirting around these instances of sexually inappropriate behaviour with no real consequences, I know it's meant to be more family friendly than home and away etc but either don't go there or do it properly, this seems to be the third or fourth instance of this kind of consent issue theme 'oh it's ok, no harm done' and it's really not ok.

I didn't watch Neighbours when Dee was on last time, but I find FakeDee really annoying (though perhaps not as much as Sonia).

Anne, agree with the Dee being Dee actress thing still giving me hope. I'm hoping that if it's happening it won't be in the spoilers too. Hoping... forever!

I am wondering if maybe Andrea is really dee and knows she is but willow doesn't so that's why she's keeping up the pretence of being Andrea.
I'm thinking that maybe she decided to make a new life for herself when she was rescued from the ocean, either because she had injuries/memory loss or maybe because she went back and saw toadie was happy so moved on and changed her identity..
And then she ended up taking on willow - maybe willow is adopted/ maybe dee had a relationship with willow's dad?..) and Dee doesn't want to tell willow that's she really Dee because willow doesn't know that she's not Andrea's bio child?
I know that sounds a bit complicated but this is neighbours so who knows!
I just find it strange that Andrea is going after toadie when she already has the money. She also seems to be getting really emotional all the time and it seems like her tears are genuine rather than for show.

I was looking at upcoming storylines and they described brad and Lauren as show favourites, surprised me, not many on the threads seem to like them. I hope they leave. Don't mind Paige now

Brad is far from a show favourite. I like Lauren. Hated original pony club Lauren but liked Brad back then so, you know, swings in round abouts 😁
