Dr Clive! He hasn't aged badly.

Considering the (somewhat) implausible nature of the Dee return plot and the fact that we had the surrogacy story before with Susan, Libby and Dan, I think the actors are doing a really good job at making the story believable with a convincing portrayal of their emotions. I'm not one of those who has a downer on Sonya and think Eve is good, but Ryan is really excelling. The scene of him today breaking down over everything was great, just what we needed to keep up our sympathy for him. It's particularly impressive because he's not just a one dimensional good guy character, there's a lot of subtlety.

Lovely to see Dr Clive again! Is he really only in it for once episode? I was thinking he might be something to do with the Tanaka brother's story. Would he have been the Ramsey Street doctor when they were expected?

It's becoming like the Body Snatchers with evil Dee. How does she finance her stay in the motel, it's been weeks.

Clive was in Neighbours 1986-7 and again in 1989. How old are the Tanakas? One of the actors is 28, but can't find their age. I'm sure the Udagawas were around at about the same time as Clive.

I feel it is concrete proof (as if it is needed) the writers are on drugs

It's the 80s period they were looking for their father though so I guess it's possible although not sure how necessary. Not sure what year they were born but Clive could still know a parent.

Surely Dee is going to turn out to be real - unless she had an identical twin the story just doesn't work.

I've been checking out the credits. I spotted the cat - don't think it's Clementine as I thought ClementIne was ginger. Also spotted the beach ball. How funny.

Also spotted that Leo really is quite gorgeous.

Clementine is a tabby. I googled pictures! I've never paid much attention to the credits but there's a whole lot going on in the background - Karl & Susan have a humming bird, there's butterflies, fast-blooming flowers, a plane flying overhead & I'm pretty sure the church window glows! I think a pp was right, all the characters are being replaced by doppelgangers & this is their way of hinting at it - everyone's superimposed...

I'm a week or two behind, slowly catching up, but just wanted to say how annoying I find Victoria. She is so me, me, me! All the time. She makes me irrationally angry! Just bloody give Steph some space you needy drip!

Piper's haircut is the best thing on Neighbours since Daniels.

Ugh ugh ugh!!!! Not Gary and his effing ladybird again!!! Why on god's green earth would anyone pick Gary over Paul especially when she has so much chemistry with Paul? And stop dragging out the Paige stuff! Feel like these storylines have been going on forever.
