I actually like the new twist, It should stop situations like we had last year with Jordan - who was atrocious. But also transgender. So when they all turned around to see who they had dismissed and twigged that, they were all gushy and 'oh my goodness, I should have turned for you, gawguss'. But it didn't change the fact she couldn't sing. It annoyed me. as did the fact she was later allowed to continue on the show when someone dropped out.

But back to this year- the early start for 'Let it Shine ' meant that it inexplicably beat the Voice in the ratings. I think the fact the Voice has been so pants in the past also stopped people tuning in.

So- dh has gone out to buy me vodka. I've had A BAD DAY. This has to cheer me up, or else

It is hard going - im not a big drinker , but its nice with a voice or x factor thread to quaff some red or rose and chill on the weekend.
I do feel a better for it, ( so i tell myself)
Ive defo drunk more 40s to 50s than i did in my 20s with kids etc oddly enough ( could do 9 months no probs, didnt even think about it, yet one month and im struggling?) so odd.

Jane -I love Rag'n'Bone Man. But he looks like dh (only younger), and has a voice like treacle, so I would really.

I always think Jan is the worst month to be depriving yourself as its such a shit month anyway!

Very unusal for Bill to pick someone so early, he always left it late.

80s you are doing a good thing. You will feel better- I must admit, sometimes I do, sometimes, I actually feel worse when I don't drink. But I do know it's not a good thing.
