Well done Sole. I couldn't do Cambridge. My mum went on it when I was about 12 and decided to put me on it too (I probably needed to lose a stone) and I can pinpoint that time as when my relationship with food got completely fucked up (those were the days of complete meal replacement shakes).

I am on a diet - am just reducing my calorie intake to below 1000 per day. Some days just over, some under. I need to lose loads.

I did it once I lasted 2 days. I had the porridge sachet it was like glue and I actually vomited.

Mine us 1000 calories a day. I'm doing food step.

I started well and lost 4lbs last week....first slip up today Stopped for diesel and mini eggs jumped in to my hand.

I buy six vegan able chilli ready meals fir £20. You know the baling potato stand chilli? Same taste. It's absolutely divine

I lost 2st doing 5 2 fasting. The only diet I could ever stick at.

Had to pause as the toddler emptied her water all over herself in a bid to get out of bed. Terrible 2s are here...

DS was 24 weeks. 1lb 11oz. I shed a few tears. The size if the baby was correct.
