I think banning foods and making them forbidden, makes them more not less attractive and makes you feel worse when you need to have some sugar o salt or whatever you are craving.

I think you just need to behave in a more intuitive way about food

I can have rolled oats milk coffee toast boiled eggs soup salad meat potatoes fruit or any meal up to 400 calories fir dinner. Two to three litres of water. I love it cottage cheese rice
