I am hoping by the end of this thread Phelan will have disappeared, Anna and family will have moved away and someone will have remembered to book a babysitter for baby Jack.

Why on earth is Leanne so furious? 🙄

I know there's a lot of dislike for Kym Marsh, but I found her scenes very moving.

I don't think I've seen a single poster on multiple sites say they think watching Phelan is a good use of their time. Yet they renewed him! Mystifying. More Sally and Tim, less Phelan. I miss the balance of humour & pathos that the show used to have.

stonecircle I wouldn't be too impressed if my sister was seeing my exhusband who cheated on me and left me for my best friend! And is a useless father. And totally pathetic. And then lied about it!!

Peter's been married 5 times and has cheated on all of his wives. I wouldn't be happy with my sister choosing someone like that over me [overinvested]

I can understand her being unhappy about it, but she's behaving like they've done something horrendous to her. It's a finding out your partner's been cheating on you with your sister type reaction which seems a bit OTT.

Why would that girl throw the bunny in the bin? The Platts had just left the cafe so obviously theirs and even if not a child would come back for their toy.

Corporal, we're a couple of weeks behind in Canada so I haven't seen the episodes, but never underestimate the character Roseh's ability to be thick. As

That's it. I'm going to watch until Phelan gets found out and the smug smile is wiped off Eileen's face (I need the closure). Then a lifetime of Corrie watching is coming to an end for me. It's garbage. I just can't watch it any more.

Adam, who has lived in Canada for a number of years, seems to have a dodgy contact in the Weatherfield area who can arrange to have the car stolen and has access to exam papers. It doesn't really make sense.

Daniel's University has surely got a library where he can study in peace.

Rosie is TERRIBLE. Don't know she's been doing in the interim but it ain't been going to acting classes, that's for sure.

Agree with Akire about Rosie. Ridiculous to think Kevin - even as her dad - wouldn't see the economic sense of letting her go rather than a mechanic. It could be a temporary thing and he could keep her job open for when they get back on their feet. But of course, no half measures in Corrie (Mary - 'give up your life here and move permanently to South Africa' not 'Mary - come for a holiday and see if you might like living in SA'.

I do believe the writers are on glue. There are too many chaotic story lines - all rushed through at break neck speed (apart from Phelan of course)....

This Chloe who has popped up from nowhere, and seems to fancy Peter...... I was wondering whether she could have been put up to it by Toyah's husband in order to cause a row between Peter and Toyah.
