SCD 2016 #7 - They're! In! Blackpool! The spiritual home of ballroom dancing, donkey rides, rock and... huge amounts of theming apparently?

The last thread is almost full, so I thought we'd be prepared.

Despite the title I do love the Blackpool week really Fingers crossed for a nice ballroom dance from the pros.

Ed works at the dance, people like Danny just learn the steps.

4 was definitely low given the other scores.

Datcey said that Danny looks like a pro. Funny that.

Ed was undermarked by Craig.

From what I've seen so far, I'm underwhelmed. What a shame!

I like the way Craig always gives professional style notes at the start and ends with anything positive there is to say. Looking forward to Greg another guy starting from zilch on a huge learning curve.

On not Greg . . . I loathe Greg

It's obvious the judges just want him out now - over mark the other dances and under mark him. Craig's score was a bit of a joke.

I'm not enjoying it so much tonight - the extra dancers are putting me off and I've found the music choices a bit strange.

Greg doesn't look aS if he's entirely there.

Well they covered the floor well! Would have liked more Quickstep content though.

Loved that! Greg was very light on his feet, frame looked good. Fun choreography, best music of the night so far. Great stuff.

I loved that, but I've liked that song since I was tiny

I was starting to be reluctantly impressed until he made that awful jump and then forgot what he was doing and missed his hand hold.

Louise and Ed were both under marked. Ed woefully so. Definitely trying to protect the BBC employee Ore, who's already survived one dance off

Really liked Greg and Natalie's dance. But agreed, not enjoying all the extra dancers.

I must admit, tonight is a bit for me , not enjoying it much. I think the floor is so big, they bring in the extra dancers, and it's too much distraction

I loved that and I think for a long jumper with no performing experience he has great stage presence and is rather cute, Craig does love a tidy thumb!
