Despite the title I do love the Blackpool week really Fingers crossed for a nice ballroom dance from the pros.

It's a pity there isn't an Argentine Tango at Blackpool, I do love an AT. And there's only one Paso Doble too.

Darcy was at my daughter's school yesterday then the BBC sent a car to whisk her off to Blackpool afterwards.

Dd said she was lovely - she's still on cloud 9 after yesterday so we will be watching tonight.

IIRC the way the floor is sprung really caused problems in a previous year hope it is ok for my favourites tonight and that they have practised enough on it so it doesn't "throw" them iyswim

The springiness of the floor should help with the jives and the quickstep.

Wot I meant was the problem before was that it was "too" bouncy compared to rehearsal room and the celeb was completely "ahhhhhhhh!!!!!!" by it

I wonder if it puts their timing off a bit Kanga, if they are bouncing higher then perhaps each jump takes a tiny bit longer and that stops them hitting the beat.

I'm watching with my6 year old tonight as the rest of the family has deserted me. Every year I hope to be at Blackpoolbut still haven't made it, I've no chance of getting to a London show but Blackpool is pretty close.

My Digi box packed up overnight and the first engineer avaiiable is on 28th - so I can watch it only on iplayer on line [sob].

Some diot is setting off bangers and frightenng my dog again.

It's beautiful but I really don't care one bit about Blackpool Tower Ballroom!
