I hope Ed stays - his timing is very good. Daisy seems nice, but a bit boring, although Daisy Daisy is very nice for a Viennese.

Ed Balls is going to win Why would you think that? He's improved, but he's not fantastic or anything.

He could also win because Strictly is not really w dance competition insofar as the public votes for who they have enjoyed watching. The vast majority have no idea whether it's good or not beyond what the judges have said. So, if people prefer watching someone who is throwing themselves into it, dancing better than expected and being entertaining there is the chance that person could win. Perhaps Bob stands a better (albeit still small!) chance than Ed at this but both are very entertaining.

With, say, Danny I get the feeling of "oh, another flash routine with complicated bits, no surprise there" whenever he dances. It's like watching the pro dance in a way. Others leave me cold. I would vote for the entertaining ones over them every week.

Loved ITT tonight and Ian's trip to Dance Avec le Stars! Chris Marques, one of the judges is an amazing Salsa dancer and he and his partner Jackie used to help the Pros choreograph their salsa routines in the early days.

This is them doing a salsa demo on Strictly, including a rueda (salsa you dance in a circle, constantly swapping partners)

Yy voting for the entertaining dancers Ed,Judge etc even though Danny is obviously very talented, he just leaves me cold & seeing the contestants who have really tried & worked very hard epitomises what strictly should be about.

I went to see Keep Dancing last night, the Robin and Anya show featuring Louis Smith. What a disappointment.

Also for those like me suffering DWTS withdrawal....I found it on pirate bay. Some of the episodes are questionable quality, but they are entire episodes.

Is it Louis? I thought it was Jay and Aliona? Wasn't it very good?

Daisy. I think it may be time for her.
Ore. I'm danger of the bottom two too. He didn't have good rumba hips as far as I could see on ITT.
Judge rinder. I think he's pretty safe, he's very likeable.
Claudia. Think she's safe too.

I just had a reminder if Ed Balls' dance tonight. I still don't know how I feel about it.

I'll be gutted if it's featuring Jay and aliona in other places!
Louis only did 3 very short dances, but it really highlighted how weak he was. He also had no stage presence.
Robin was very good, but he and aliona only did about 6 dances and the rest of the show was the troupe dancers.

As for tonight, I'm very suspicious of Danny's song choice. I'm hoping it's not awful, I was really disappointed by the paso music they gave him

Also agree upthread would love a final with Ed,Greig,Claudia & Daisy, I know Ore has been amazing, but can't really warm too him plus KFG sister irritates the hell out of me, she is probably lovely irl but I get very vexed when I see her.
