So nice to see his sensitivity and emotional maturity has been passed on to the next generation.

And yes! To katya!

woodhill · 25/09/2016 22:06

Yes Arnie, thanks, I knew it was him, you get my drift though

Rrross1ges · 26/09/2016 10:02

Oh God! Being kissed by bug-eyed, rapey, ex-con Gary. I'd rather spend a month being sung at by Madison

Clawdy · 26/09/2016 10:56

They are trying to make Gary an attractive cutie, but he is neither of those.Confused

MiddleClassProblem · 26/09/2016 11:20

He looks like a creepy puppet

TheWashingFairyatemyhamster · 26/09/2016 12:10

Maybe they're working on the assumption that after marriage to Brad, Therese's expectation are veeeeery low. Y'know, he's bug eyed and creepy, abandons his children and is generally shifty but at least it is unlikely that any of the neighbours will want to shag him...

ReggaeShark · 26/09/2016 15:44

Ew Ew Ew Ew Ew

Clawdy · 26/09/2016 17:58

Yes, that snog scene was horrendous Shock

Rrross1ges · 26/09/2016 19:36

Took a while to figure out if you were talking about Brad or Gary,!

TheWashingFairyatemyhamster · 26/09/2016 20:44

Ha ha! Therese clearly has a type. Shame that type is 'bug eyed and creepy'

In other news....ugh Madison

Aquasport · 26/09/2016 20:54

Oh my god I can never unsee that snogging scene Envy

Asheth · 26/09/2016 22:02

That whole episode was ugh! Gary and Therese totally put me off my dinner. Madison simpering is horrible. And Jacko who I thought was just a petty criminal, is apparently leader of the local mafia and seems to have something over Steph.

AGnu · 26/09/2016 22:24

Did I imagine it or did that conversation go:
"I'll kiss you & I won't stop until you beg me."
"What if I don't?"
"You will."
Who gets turned on by someone telling them they'll hate being kissed so much that they'll have to beg for it to stop?!

I thought Therese was supposed to be an intelligent, strong woman - what's with this ridiculous simpering about him being more confident?! She needs someone she can drink cocktails with at art galleries.

I thought the episode was fab. It had a bit of something for everyone - horror from the kiss, comedy with Logan emerging from the water, unconvincing gangsters...

MiddleClassProblem · 26/09/2016 23:55

I just don't understand why they are try to palm this "passion" off on her relationship with Gary as she has had it with Paul in the past and I'm sure she will again. Is she just "passionate" with everyone?

And why they thought Gary could pull off a line like that is beyond me. I'm not sure there is a neighbours character that could but he would still be bottom of the list after Sheila.

Ugh, I can't wait for the GC stuff to be over. I'm fairly sure we are going to hear the warble this week, hopefully for the last time, but I just want it to be over already. I thought she and Angus might do a scene together being RL bffs or something so not a surprise he has popped up.

And no, Jacka dresses like he's in a biker gang from the 80s who would get kicked in the nuts by a lady he underestimates in an Arnie comedy. That was a specific imagining...

BreconBeBuggered · 27/09/2016 14:25

Surprised, not entirely unpleasantly so, by Angus's reappearance this week, then they went and ruined it by making him part of Neighbours - The Musical. No more singing now before Christmas, please, everyone.

Madison and Logan as a couple were fascinatingly unconvincing. No chemistry, no idea how to deliver a line, no attempt to make the story credible. Top stuff.

Cherrypie32 · 27/09/2016 14:34

Just came on to say today was the most bizarre and ridiculous Neighbours I've seen. Why do all the youth characters have to sing or play???? Bar Susan, not one of the actors involved in the Gold Coast storyline could their way out of a paper bag.

MiddleClassProblem · 27/09/2016 16:40

Grin at least they didn't send Karl instead of Susan to add to the musical. Looking forward to watching this cringe fest later. I think the Angus kid is from Aussie xfactor so that's prob why he's in on it. It sounds like it's all gone a bit glee but like an am dram version today

TheWashingFairyatemyhamster · 27/09/2016 21:35

When other people interact with Madison it's like watching a 'making of' documentary about actors filming with CGI. She's so blank. I feel sorry for the actress playing Xanthe trying to be all sparky and full of character and Madison just stands there like a very pretty wall Hmm

Cherrypie32 · 27/09/2016 23:40

Xanthe looks like she's over acting against them, while I think she's quite engaging

prettybird · 28/09/2016 08:28

Does anyone know who Ronald de Villiers is? He's a comic character from the Scottish sketch show "Only an excuse": a wannabe actor who is totally unaware of how crap he is, but who thinks he can do anything.

Dh says Madison reminds him of RdV and spent last night's episode repeating her lines in the guttural Scottish Ronald de Villiers voice. It was hilarious! Grin

She really does act by numbers, with no vivacity. She's very pretty but her face is blank.

mrswhiplington · 28/09/2016 11:18

I couldn't get over how hairy Ben's legs were.Shock

MakeItStopNeville · 28/09/2016 13:45

Madison's acting is so hilariously bad. She's got to be the worst actor Neighbours have ever had, and that's really saying something.

Excited101 · 28/09/2016 13:46

Yesterday's Madison singing was the worst ever. Was it flat? Was it sharp? Who cares, it was awful. I actually quite enjoyed Angus's, I am however totally amazed by how he found them on that beach- now there's a guy you need with you when you're trying to hunt down someone without using a phone.

HairsprayQueen · 28/09/2016 14:19

That's the thing I don't get with Madison's singing- it physically makes me flinch and feel weird in a bad way but I've obviously heard rubbish singing before on X factor etc. I just can't work out what about it makes me have such a reaction!

IthoughtATMwasacashpoint · 28/09/2016 14:19

Surely they're not lining up David for Amy. He's about a foot smaller than her and looks about 12 in a dress up beard.

Have there ever been any oriental ladies in Ramsey Street? What's the betting that either Brad forgot about someone he's been with or that a couple of skeletons are about to tumble out of Dr Karl's cupboard.
