I had a migraine yesterday, and also had to go out. But managed to see bits. Gutted for Del po. I really hoped he could get further- but he must be pleased with his progress so far. I wonder if his protected ranking allows him to go to the Olympics?
Kyrgios vs Murray is the only time I grudgingly want Murray to win. I don't think Kyrgios is unfairly judged- he is well aware of his behaviour, and I'm not buying that it's entertainment. There have been many entertaining matches that haven't involved constant muttering and arguing with umpires. He does it to cause a distraction- and it works. Mind you, so does Murray, so they are well suited.
Some great match ups- and could create some upsets. Vesely is on a roll- Berdych (who I always forget is even there!) could be vulnerable.
Think Raonic should do well against Baby faced Goffin (but I'm usually wrong).
For the women, Radwanska/Cibulkova must be the pick of the bunch. I like both, but Cib is currently playing very well.
Bring it on!
Looking forward to Gasquet/Tsonga- Tsonga's match was an epic though, so tiredness will play a part.
Am stuck in waiting for a parcel to be delivered. So, I must just sit here and do nothing other than watch tennis, yes?
