Re : giraffe tongue I'm now not sure that it's not Maimie M with some kind of industrial vacuum mouth creating the cheek puff. Cos there were no such instances this time or on stage kissing.

Have you noticed that they often put Connie with Aramis for her "action Connie" moments? With notable except of the Vargas bit of course.

Yes, not my favourite ep fluff. Didn't have the humorous bits that have been in other episodes & Aramis keeps being separated from the others for various reasons.

Grimaud is looking good, Trev is being magnificent (hope that doesn't bode ill for him) & Queenie was fab today. All of them continue to be filmed in a very flattering way. it's almost as if someone knows something.......

So they do MoreLike, so they do. Wonder if Connie'll be getting pregnant soon too - all that proximity to Aramis

Agree it wasn't the best, except Athos of course who is utterly gorgeous.

It didn't help that my recording stopped half way through due to DH recording football and golf at the same time and I lost a good five minutes flailing about and shouting that this is the last series and there's football and golf on 24/7. Then DS phoned to add to the confusion.

About the beard, I did notice that sometimes it's obviously growing back, but at other times we've still got the landing strip. Most confusing. Also, they got Aramis's and Dog's pauldrons mixed up for a time during a couple of episodes and I find I'm looking for it. Not Hayley's fault.

Will have to watch again tomorrow.

He does look small for 6, I'd have put him nearer three or four. He'd be considerably gobbier too from experience.

Well, I would have enjoyed that considerably more without the multiple interruptions from DS, DH's 'witty' comments and friend asking WTAF was going on.

I have left DH asleep downstairs. I will have to rewatch to actually decide if I liked it. And to examine this giraffe tongue of which you speak because frankly I saw none of that, and I am mightily pissed off with DH Who had the additional idiocy to ask later if I was ok (when I was clearing up the mess in the kitchen), and was a typical man in that he failed to interpret my answer of "Fine" as meaning "I'm bloody annoyed with you." Bloody men and their poor translation skills esp. when drunk.

6-year olds. Mine would never have stayed superglued to the chair looking regal, and would also have called Feron out on the whole "oh we were playing" lie. But then mine has not been brought up as a Dolphin, so maybe he has missed out on Sitting Still 101 and Agreeing with your elders for beginners I missed a trick there, obviously.

I missed vast tracts of plot exposition the first 2 minutes and was so taken aback by the haste in which babyelk went down the first time, it was all I could do to grin like a loon at every Athos moment no idea who else is in this show...

On another topic, I think they have done a much better job with Athos in this series than in s2, during which I feel he had a bit of a dip both re character and attractiveness. But team Athos might we disagree.....
