Have you found the stone yet Elk? I lost my engagement ring once. I was devastated. I had the house apart eleventy billion times. About 2 months later the local police station (we had them in those days) phoned me to say they had it, they'd traced me from an advert I'd put in the paper. A lovely man had found it in the gutter outside the post office and handed it in. How it came off I have no idea. To me it was a miracle.
