Starting a new thread ready for the dramas of next week.

Can't believe I'll be on holiday when the all the excitement is going on. That was seriously bad planning.

If Paul dies then I'm not coming home.

My wish list for death: Amy, her son, her mum, Sonya, Ben & Steph.

haven't watched yet. why couldn't Josh have gone and been happy with Amber :( he was lovely. would have preferred chameleon Daniel. it's not real sob

No, Angus is played by someone else. Kyle leaves with Georgia, and I don't know about the other person to die...

By the way I sobbed through that! Especially "tell her the last thing I thought of was her" sniff!

How did Sarah have Karl's baby unless the kiss in the vestry at her wedding to Peter handley was more than a kiss? That's a daft storyline! More unrealistic than the Paige one.

The other fact that seems to have been forgotten over time is that Sarah is Catherine kennedys half sister. Catherine's married to Malcolm Susan and Karl's son. Surely they'd notice if Sarah's child looked like Karl. Since they all live in London together!

I am getting very worried about Toadie - after watching the trailer last night. I'd rather it was Kyle and Doug. It's going to be a long week - and I am not at home on Friday, so I won't get to watch Friday's episode until Monday - eek!

thought it was 1 hr episode but was the first 30 mins just the earlier episode.

Did seem a bit me with Josh. didnt seem like anyone tried to save him. I know he couldn't be moved but couldn't Karl have done anything?

Karl was off saving the world! Having decided there was nothing they could do for Josh he said they would make him comfortable, and then presumably let the family say their goodbyes.

It seemed a bit unlikely that they'd let people with no hi-vis clothing or protective helmets wander unsupervised, in and out of a disaster area like that, too. There's no way the emergency services had made that scene safe already.

They should have extricated Josh, and let them do the sad goodbyes outside the hotel.

I was expecting to get a bit emotional last night, but even Josh's last words left me pretty unmoved. I must be becoming hardhearted in my old age!

Have to say Neighbours do death scenes well - that was moving. Far better than Corrie similar scenes.

I don't watch Corrie or EastEnders so am not in a position to juge but I wasn't that impressed.

But what is Nene doing with that syringe? Who is in that hospital bed? (Daniel?)

They showed that flash right before the Toadie seemingly about to have his head smashed in one. So two possible scenarios there.

They couldn't move Josh as he had a metal rod which had penetrated his lungs/side, and the removal of the pillar after the crush injury would mean he would die very quickly anyway, I think.

Re Sarah and Karl, she returned a few years ago and Karl admitted to Susan that it wasn't just a kiss back in 1999, that they had actually slept together.

Best death scene I've seen in a soap was Denny on H&A last year. No hint of it in the advertising, just happened and I sat there thinking "did that really just happen?".
Was great (not someone dying, just the unexpectedness of it).

Bank I sat there shouting "What?!" at the tv for ages after Denny died! I'm still struggling to believe she's really gone. I liked her.

No DH around for today's episode. I cried multiple times but mostly when Daniel woke up & Imogen told him. No idea who else will die, not sure I can cope with much more!

Finally caught up with this earlier. My, it was emotional. I can't believe Karl let Imogen go off to hospital with Daniel, knowing thatcher brother was dying!

So, one down. Two to go?

Toadie is looking like a potential, but I am still firmly believing they wouldn't do that. From the trailers Karl is safe, as he is needed to save everyone else

was tyler ever seen leaving to boiler room? last time he was in there and brody was watching him

I wondered if I'd missed a bit when I started watching the first of yesterday's episodes, as it had jumped from the Tyler/Brodie stuff and seemed to imply they weren't in the boiler room anymore, with no outcome from that.

Tyler was in today's (think it was today's, I watched them all back to back earlier when I had some child free time and could concentrate!) but no sign of Brodie as yet... Hopefully he's another one to die, as there's no point to his character either.

phew I had visions of him being still down there

Where is Georgia? Do we know yet? Since Kyle and Amy were in the lift when the blast went off and Georgia still in her hotel room.

Who is Brodie? Same person as Chas? I'm confused!

Georgia was still in the hotel room when the explosion happened I thought, but Kyle has been quite unconcerned as to where she is. Poor Amy.

I think Doug is going to die.Can't believe Toadie gets trapped again. 3rd disaster on a year, surely!

Sobbed a little more tonight. Brilliant tv. I honestly don't remember knowing that Karl and Sarah had a child. Is this the first time we've found that out. I loved when Sarah was back last time and it turned out they'd slept together and that had been hidden for years

As far as we know Sarah and Karl don't have a child.
