Sad news. I've just had a BBC pop up saying Tony Warren has died

RIP Tony Warren, that's indeed sad.

I started to watch Monday's first episode and had to turn it off because all this Tracey/Carla blackmail stuff is just unwatchable. FGS, when are they going to stop rehashing old storylines?

What a sad life I lead. Just heard about Tony Warren, and thought 'must make sure it's on the Corrie thread!'

He had to work so hard to get the programme made and transmitted - sad he died whilst it was at such a low.

The episode dedicated to poor Tony Warren had some of the worst acting seen in Corrie ever .

The scenes tonight with Eva looking for the passport and being discovered by the Driscoll's could have been exciting and well-acted. Instead they reminded me of a Scooby Doo cartoon.

A) go to police. Report o driscolls for slavery, false imprisonment, threatening her family and stealing her passport. No connection to factory.

B) steal the passport in an implausible caper that implicates the factory.

ive just read in the daily mirror that alot of viewers are saying that corrie as forgotten alyas pregnancy, they are putting out a small video to prove that she said it was negative in the next episode
if i remember correctly she didnt say whether she was or wasnt, but made out she was by being sick and having a worried look on her face.

The sudden transformation of Bethany from sassy streetwise teenager to tremulous, frightened victim clutching her textbooks, is just so unrealistic, it looks ridiculous.

I saw that clip on Facebook, lizzy, but most of the comments were just "well we just thought she was denying it because she didn't want people to know".

Not that I care. I don't care about any of them any more.

I don't know much about schools and what not but...

If a teacher has apupil playing truant a lot, wouldn't they be looking at their school life to see of theyre being bullied? Wouldn't they be keeping a closer eye on then etc etc? I just think this bullying is a bit 90s Grange Hill.
