I can sew and I have a granddaughter but just never got round to it.
My mum used to sew for me but when I was about 5 she asked the lady who lived next door to my nana to make me some dresses. Nylon had just come out and these were in nylon seersucker. I had several but what was so stunning about them was she'd smocked everyone on the bodice. My favourite was white with emerald green smocking on the bodice and white puffy sleeves. Must have taken her many, many hours.

It's nice to work with pretty fabrics. I often feel sorry for the people who make cheap clothes for some of the stores in horrible cheap fabrics that look like they should be thrown away after one wash. Must be soul destroying.

I didn't follow #winegate at all. I know that Nancy didn't like that her space had been invaded, but surely she had 'stolen' the wine in the first place - that is, she didn't consult the housemates whether they wanted a bottle saving for dinner. It wasn't just Nancy's wine was it?

Sole once you've got the basics down then you'll be grand. Etsy is really good for patterns as they often come with a step-by-step tutorial including pictures which makes it much easier to follow.

Anne I am only 5ft but have a fairly large baby bump, could try and squeeze into one though?

Why did Kristina announce her pregnancy on telly ?

She and Ben only found out over Christmas. Her reason for telling the housemates is because "they are all living as a family".

To be fair to Kristina, being pregnant is a good way to get out of pulling your weight in the house domestics.

People will be racing to take chores off of her, and encouraging her to rest.

Apparently Ben's ex and twin daughters didn't know before her public announcement.
