I was actually quite surprised at how quiet the Trafford Centre appeared- this has always been the busiest retail weekend (before they tagged a label onto it). I imagine a lot of people went on-line.

I've just put the tree up. I know this is an MN cardinal sin, but we always put it up the first weekend of December (which it nearly is). And furthermore, I like it, and I don't care .
